Welcome to my website!

Are you looking for a therapy in english language? I provide therapy for singles, couples and families.

My name is Anke Bhat, born in 1979. I am among other educations a gestalt-therapist, systemic family and couple therapist and deep psychological profound existential therapist.

Each therapy form has its own methods and approach. Combining these different orientations to an inclusive therapy allows a greater method diversity – a therapy tailormade for your wishes and aims in a holistic approach.

Let´s take an example: It is difficult for you to say “no” – this already leads to exhaustion.

From the systemic view we are looking solution-oriented for new strategies. The procedure is structured. We might figure out, where delimitation is already working well. What is the advantage of not saying “no”? Previous strategies will be checked and developed.

In the deep psychology approach, we explore the origin: Since when you don´t say “no”? Do you know this behaviour from your parents? What happened to you as a kid, when you said “no”? Based on these findings we can work out an appropriate ending and update your behaviour.

As a gestalt-therapist we approach this topic in contact between client and therapist – “here and now”. In exercises you can feel your limits and learn how to protect them. Based on these new experiences you can integrate new behaviour.
